Agent Responsibilities

Agents are responsible for providing accurate property information, maintaining valid identification, and complying with all applicable laws. False or misleading listings may result in account suspension.

User Conduct

Users agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation.

Payment Terms

Listing fees are non-refundable once a property has been approved and published. All payments are processed securely through Paystack.

Limitation of Liability

Smartrooms Marketplace acts as a marketplace connecting agents and users. We are not responsible for the accuracy of property listings or the outcome of transactions between parties.
