Use the search bar on the homepage or visit the Properties page. You can filter by location, price range, property type, bedrooms, and more.
How do I become an agent?
Register as an agent, complete your profile, and submit your identification documents for verification. Once verified, you can start listing properties.
How much does it cost to list properties?
We offer subscription plans instead of per-property fees. Choose from Free, Basic, or Pro plans with monthly or yearly billing. Each plan includes a set number of property listings. Visit the Pricing page to see current plans and pricing.
How does the subscription work?
After registering as an agent, you can subscribe to a plan that fits your needs. Your subscription covers all property listings within your plan limits. Pay online via Paystack (instant activation) or via bank transfer (manual confirmation).
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your active listings will be automatically suspended until you renew your subscription. We will send you reminders before your subscription expires so you can renew on time.
How long does verification take?
Verification is reviewed by our admin team. Typically within 24-48 hours after submitting valid identification documents.
Can I contact the agent directly?
Yes! Each property listing has WhatsApp and phone contact buttons. You can also send a message through the contact form on the property page.
Is my information secure?
Yes. We implement industry-standard security measures including CSRF protection, XSS prevention, SQL injection prevention, and secure password hashing.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed through Paystack and accept Nigerian debit cards, credit cards, USSD, mobile money, and bank transfers.
